Outstandingly accommodating staff and nice hotel.

Really comfortable overall experience. 5-star hotel in Phuket. Great location for our visit to a cultural theme park just a pleasant stroll away from the property. Plenty of places to visit, such as bars and restaurants near the hotel: )

Appreciated this hotel, had 5 lovely days here. Outstandingly accommodating and amicable staff gave advice on things to do. The location was beautiful, within walking distance of a golden sandy beach.

Everything was nice, including exceptionally attentive and affable staff. Really enjoyed our rooms with kitchen. The hotel was in a beachfront location in the middle of jackson.

we appreciated the hotel, it was nice and had great location just off kamala, other restaurants, and whole kamala beach. had a comfortable time.

Everything was perfect, the parking was on site, the room was clean. The employees at the hotel were amicable and excellent. The breakfast had plenty of different food and drinks. The location was beachfront, stunning in the middle of jackson. A few times I ate at Soul Curry Kamala, located at a short distance from the property.

We had a fantastic stay close to the beach with two pools and easy access to other restaurants. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. Additionally, this location provided easy transportation to some other nice places with different food options.

The location of this hotel was superb, right next to a beautiful beach and stunning views surrounding the area. the hotel staff were incredibly hospitable and we received a warm welcome upon check-in. the breakfast spread was impressive and we especially enjoyed dining while overlooking the ocean. the rooms were spacious and well-stocked with amenities that made our stay even more comfortable.

Although the restaurant on site was great, we found ourselves venturing outside the hotel for some variety in dining options. the bathrooms in the rooms were poorly designed, making it difficult for multiple family members to use at the same time.

The breakfast scenery was beautiful and tranquil which provided a great start to my day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always providing a warm smile. The good quality food was served promptly which allowed me to have a relaxing experience in the morning. the hotel’s prime location provided easy access to nearby attractions.

Disappointingly, there was only one restaurant available which resulted in limited dining options. the menu was repetitive, consisting of the same few dishes every day.

The hotel is beautifully designed and located in a prime area. The rooftop swimming pools offer a luxurious relaxation. The library, bar and lounge area provide an exclusive atmosphere and a great place to unwind. The restaurant serves a variety of halal food of high quality. Furthermore, the private facilities in the room are exclusive and meet all of our needs perfectly.

The hotel falls short in offering a wider range of dishes for both lunch and dinner. Waiting times can be lengthy.

Our stay was amazing! The hotel’s location couldn’t be better with a beautiful beach and two pools. The room was spacious with thoughtful details like soundproof doors and two patios. The service was top-notch with helpful staff and immediate communication. The food was delicious with many options available, including personalized menus. We absolutely loved spending time at the sand beach and also appreciated the access to the newest movies.

One minor inconvenience was the distance to nearby shops, but it was worth it for the peaceful setting.

We were amazed as soon as we arrived at Twinpalms Montazure. The stunning views, elegant architecture, and welcoming staff made us feel like we were in paradise. The communication was superb, and our room was already cool and inviting. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and amenities. Having two patios and soundproof doors was a bonus, especially with our three young children. It was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.
